Medford Family Dental Care

There has been a huge change recently at this practice, I went in for a cleaning, the hygienist was pleasant enough at first. then I watched her open the package with the cleaning instruments, after they were on the tray, the hygienist, without donning any kind of glove, started assembling the instruments, first the blower, then the tooth brush. I asked the hygienist why she touched the instruments and she said "My hands are clean". This was not the first time this happened. I asked for the dentist to call me and I walked out only to get a text message stating "Hello Kris we received your concern in regards of todays visit, this has never happened in our office before so we apologize, but the hygienist did offer to change everything again for you and you simply stormed out of our office" I was told that the dentist wasn't in. I am autoimune compromised. I was also an Army medic and EMT, I know sterile and clean technique, this is not it. Sadly I never met Dr Zahka or Dr Nguyen.
