Avoid
Craig Gustafson, the owner of this private practice according to their website, is against vaccinations. This office is incredibly difficult to get ahold of and it's closed on every holiday weekend. Refills on medication are difficult to get because of how often they're closed, and have extreme delays in fulfilling them. I waited three weeks for a medication I can't stop abruptly. The doctor I saw was apathetic and rushed through the appointment. I needed a referral and was handed a card, which insurance does not consider a valid referral. Do not go here if you want care of any kind, for any reason.
