Terrible

Since my Dr. joined SMH, I have been completely disappointed in the care provided. I tried calling at 12:30 pm on a Tuesday, and my call went to an answering machine. No one ever called back. I ended up going to Covington Trace ER - I highly recommend these doctors. My Dr. never asks about any previous issues that he has treated. He spends 5 minutes “examining” me, and that’s it! By his direction, I am to see him every 6 months; after my last appointment, my next 6 month appointment was scheduled 10 months out!!! Pathetic! No sooner availability. Last year, he didn’t alert me to a problem that put me in the ER, and required surgery, 4 months later.I am switching to another Dr. that has time, and cares.
