My mother visited this clinic for a serious injury caused by someone else's negligence. Instead of receiving the care she needed, she was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. When she closed her eyes at the scale, the staff appeared to whisper to each other and mock her weight. She is not obese and has previously recovered from an eating disorder. Rather than addressing her injury or offering any advice on how to manage it, they dismissed her concerns and the scans they had taken. The staff seemed distracted during the appointment, and when we left, the reason for her visit was listed as 'BMI.' To add insult to injury, they handed her a pamphlet on eating salads, completely ignoring the injury that now requires physical therapy. This experience felt like intentional bullying, though I can't be sure. Take from this what you will, but I find it absolutely disgusting.

Scheduling appointments is nearly impossible because MCC won't answer their phones, respond to voicemails, or even respond to portal messages. Julie Ratliff’s care handling has been appalling. After a car accident years ago, she repeatedly forgot I was in the accident—up to four appointments in a row— I would have to remind her each time. She failed to update my records with my neck injuries, despite multiple MRI submissions. After this accident, I was actually approved for PT, but no one informed me despite attending follow-ups, allowing my condition to deteriorate over months.There is so many issues here it's almost unbelievable. Another issue is illegible notes, my new PCP can't even decipher some of them. I am now finally receiving physical therapy & am in the care of a new competent doctor and his staff.From my experience, this clinic is a catastrophic failure. Avoid it at all costs. IMO they have no respect for patients, their time, or their health outcomes.
