Everyone was very professional yet very friendly and welcoming. I get very nervous when I have a hearing test but the staff immediately put me at ease. Dr. Katzenmeyer was very thorough, kind, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend.

Excellent physician. So happy to have him even though I have to travel to out of town. By being enrolled in Baton Rouge Clinic Internet site, able to pre register and have virtually no waiting time and can also contact him with questions and he always answers promptly. Very, very happy and satisfied patient!

Always a pleasure to go to Baton Rouge Clinic. All of my doctors are located there. Everyone is very helpful. This visit was with Dr Courtney Murphy and she is always very nice thorough and kind. Her assistant Shannon is great.

I was pleased with my visit to BRC on Monday of Thanksgiving week. After messaging MyChart Sunday night, and considering Dr. West had a full schedule the next day, he and his staff fit me in on Monday. I’m so grateful I was able to see him for treatment.

Dr Gruner is awesome!
Dr Gruner (PCP) is the best. She is completely thorough, innovative in her treatment, medication is not her 1st choice of treatment. She takes her time with each one of her patients, which means that pts don’t get upset having to wait a bit in the waiting room. Your care will never be rushed. Now many of my family members see her!!
