horrible staff
I work in healthcare and the way they run their office is not ok! The Dr and PA are great but their staff is horrible. They do not want to take the time to help you out or look up your insurance if you have a new one and haven't gotten the card in yet they reschedule you until you have the card on hand. Also I should not have to call multiple times to get a call back or answer. This last time I have called and left messages 4 times now over a series of 3 weeks and still no response or call back and I am in need of my medication! Their staff is the absolute worst!

The office staff should not be allowed to work in this industry. And neither should their leader. “Speed of the leader, speed of the pack”. Do your homework before you enter into any relationship with a doctor folks. Find one that is exactly that, a partner. Don’t be treated like a cash cow. Too many options out there to be treated the way this place treats people
