An older lady at his location was nasty, rude, unprofessional and disgusting! Horrible attitude!

Receptionists are extremely rude and have an attitude. They carry on other conversations with coworkers while on the phone with you. You will wait forever to be seen. They are never on time but expect you to be on time. Doctors will rush you once you are being seen and few are rude also. I dreaded going here when I was sick because of how rude everyone is. They have gone downhill once joining with UofL.
