My insurance has changed due to Covid job loss. When I called to make an appt as a new patient, I specifically asked if the office accepts Medicaid, & was told yes. We even continued to chat about it. When I arrived for my appointment weeks later, I was turned away because they do NOT take it. I was told there was a new staff person who was incorrect, & the office manager even laughed. Infuriating.
