I've been going to LBH for 5+ years now seeing Karen Quick and the INCREDIBLE transformation that has been able to take place in my life thanks to her guidance in teaching me tools to cope with not only things from my past but anything that may come up in the future has been absolutely priceless. She takes a no-nonsense, REAL approach and helps you hold the mirror up to your own life to examine the things you need in order to genuinely heal and move forward in a healthy way. The gratitude I feel for someone like her being willing to share her expertise and skills in this field is boundless. Cannot recommend her enough!
