HPW Center for Diabetes

Their answering system is terrible! If they don't answer because they are on another line, the system tells you to call back during business hours when you are calling during business hours--and then it just kicks you off the call. You usually have to wait HOURS to see someone--especially Dr. Pittman. I think he overbooks and he needs to reassess how he takes care of patients. Once you see him, he is thorough and kind but the wait is excessive!

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible communication, only can speak with Terre Haute office when a Bloomington client. Notes are never entered in my file. One person doesn't know what the other is doing. Madison refused to answer questions without scheduling additional appointments and charging me more money to do the same thing discussed in the last 4 appointments. Tiffany got the prescriptions wrong when requesting the prior authorizations, but I am the one having to spend more time and money to correct their mistakes. You never see Dr. Pittman, only one of his lackeys who don't have a clue. Go anywhere else but here, I am! This has been 4 months wasted in my care and has caused me to be hospitalized due to this issue. Madison claims to be a nurse, but I highly doubt it!

Dr. Pittman is the first doctor to get my diabetes numbers in a good place.. I am grateful for this!
