A Beautiful Mind

I called beforehand to check if the specific insurance I was purchasing was in network for their counselor. They said it was in-network. Anthem said that the counselor was in network. So I signed up after my due diligence. After 7 sessions, Anthem decided my counselor was actually not in-network. I tried 4 appeals with Anthem to adjust to in-network fees. Anthem admitted they falsely listed the counselor as in-network and would pay in-network prices--but no matter how many times I called, they never adjusted their prices. A Beautiful Mind did nothing to help me. They just kept calling/mailing me threats to send me to collections as I tried to work it out with Anthem. They never threatened Anthem--they just took whatever Anthem offered. Anthem got my premiums. A Beautiful Mind gouged out of me what Anthem owed them. I guess it's easier to threaten their clients then a big insurance corporation. In the end, I just paid them so they'd stop harassing me and threatening to ruin my credit.
