Dr. Koufos is the very best! He's patient, kind, explains everything, includes the patient in treatment plan decisions and I completely trust his judgment. I went in convinced that I needed an expensive appliance replacement and maybe braces, but to my pleasant surprise, found I didn't need either at this time--NO CHARGE. He spent money on my visit with an X-ray, photographs, another test, his office staff's time and most importantly, his time. He even gave me some picks to clean my teeth and retainer cleansing crystals because my retainer had some build up on it. I told him I was willing to pay for his expenses & products, but he just smiled and told me not to worry about it. I was in complete shock. The entire experience was amazing. He has my highest recommendation.
