True providers here have been awesome. The biggest and worst complaint I have is that the staff have been rude and communication is severely lacking. The only communication you have with them is a one way “form” on their website. No one responds and you literally just have to wait for their call. It could be 2-3 days to a week. Not very timely especially with requests regarding medications for people with mental disorders. The only way you can speak with your provider directly is if you have an appt. Which good luck with getting one because no one answers the phone nor calls back. Horrible office.
