I was told that I needed a crown. Had it performed. Immediately afterwards pain was not reduced and was told i now needed a root canal - these things happen so while disappointed I understood. Dentist told me the good news is that most of the work is already done so the root canal would not be that bad. The office quoted me a full price for a root canal. I asked why not provide me a discount since the Dentist said most of the work is already done. The answer was simple - its a different service does not matter that most of the work is already done. We are still going to charge you full price. Nice - it shows they really care about patient relationships. I have been going there for over 10 years. That ended after they showed me how much they care about me.
