I've been with Baptist health for years. I couldn't find behavior health with them at first. Was referred here. This place is a nightmare. They do not bill you. I had to call 5 different numbers and beg to pay my own bill. They kept trying to get me on an online portal it wouldn't work. My chart with baptist is amazing. They couldn't figure anything out. Never got calls back had foreign people from Chicago calling and asking for my credit card over the phone. I never met my doctor once only virtual and she did not listen to me at all. I felt very ignored and going to behavior health is vulnerable enough. Without having all the billing and miscommunication issues. I could never get the medical assistant on the phone or a message to my doctor about medicine being filled. Also she wasn't willing to work with insurance company and only would do a very limited medicine recommendation so I was paying over a 100 out of pocket a month. I'm glad to be done with this nightmare of a place.

I'm new to Kentucky and originally went through Kentucky Mental Health and was passed through 5 providers who came and went due to poor management. When I went to check on an appointment, I was told that my provider was no longer with them (again) and that they suggested their sister group, North Clark in Indiana. I drove out there and met with a NP who (like every other person I had met with) wanted to change my medications up, I am not on any of the original medications I am on when I first moved here.) I continuously called to make an appointment and was told I would be sent a link to a telehealth appointment and was never sent one. I called and no one called back and and kept calling and still no call. No call, no heads up, and no refills made. I am now stuck having to stop 4 medications cold turkey until I can find another person to fill them. I am a FT student and single mother of two small girls so it's not like I have this time on my hands to constantly do this.
