Overbooked, Late, and Lunch
If I could put zero stars I would. I hardly ever write reviews but I am making the rounds with this one as I would hate if anyone else would ever had to experience what I just had. Came in at 10:30 for 11 am appointment with Dr. Bush. They overbooked and moved me to another doctor. Waited until 12:30 and was then told the new doctor, Dr. K (staff called him that) had left for lunch. No update. Was only told when I asked. I am a believer that good doctors take care of their patients from check in to check out. I have been to enough doctor appointments with both of my parents to see that there is almost always a direct correlation to how doctors’ manage their patients and time, to how they behave professionally and their ability to treat patients. If they are willing to disregard their patients in this way, how can you expect them to take care of your condition.

What a let-down!
Nodine seemed nice, but paid no attention to me. I was referred for my fibro, Hypermobility disorder, back pain, and neck pain. She apparently only understood back pain, because she focused on that and ignored the rest. I said I wanted off pain meds because I don’t like using them. She prescribed a med that helps addicts stop taking pain pills, and if they take any pain pills, they won’t work. Perfect pill for someone with multiple pain conditions. I tried to explain again at my second appt and left with a ‘let’s see how you do’ with absolutely NOTHING changed. This place is a joke, and Nodine needs a new line of work.
