would give zero stars if it was an option. Brought my wife on 3/30/24 for head trauma. Scans determined concussion and ruptured eardrum and started meds. We was told to come back if we had any concerns. That visit went well, everyone was great and knowledgeable. Came back 4/2/24 because the right side of her face wasn't functioning on the same side as the ruptured eardrum. The triage nurse, before asking any questions or knowing about the concussion, was convinced it was bells palsy. We went back to the room and the doctor, Catherine Bailey, was convinced of the same thing and said it was completely unrelated to the concussion. She said there were no tests needed and didn't want to listen to anything we had to say. We requested a cat scan anyway to be certain of no brain bleed. Nothing was found fortunately. She gave her more meds. We went to a neurologist today to find out it's nerve damage and has everything to do with the concussion. I'll drive further next time to avoid this staff.
