We child Was referred to this business. After they looked over her medical history they thought she would be a better fit somewhere else. I explain the issues they asked for more information from another provider and therapist. I sent the information promptly. After a few weeks I called back and unfortunately never had an answered call or return the call again and. I called several times leaving voicemails. I was checking to make sure they received all the information they needed and where to go from here. Nothing!!! All I wanting was a phone call back to know what direction to go in. I was always polite and professional. When I finally spoke with Katie she said she was going to file a report for harassment. Basically same I had called too many times and left too many voicemails. My child’s health is my number one priority I will call as many times as I need to until I get a follow up! I did not receive that and she was unapologetic! 100% Unacceptable.
