Staff if no welcoming. Took me 16 minutes to make my first appointment. The provider highly offended me by talking about me like I was an addicted instead a mental health patient needing help. Never asked my traumas or triggers. Never did a follow up appt. Called May 23rd to have the provider fill out my FMLA recert which the voice-mail stated my call would be returned within 72 hours. Here it is June 8th and still no call back. Some of the therapist a center but the people before u get to the therapist make it extremely hard to get adequate service. The therapist should leave this facility because the lack of care these providers, nurses, and phone operators give.
