My mother, who has had SEVERAL skin cancers removed, has a bumb on her forehead that is rapidly growing and is painful. She tried to get an appt & even for that she can't be seen until 3 months. She has been a patient there for yesrs & this is how she's treated!

Busy office but very efficient. We were quickly in and out with all of our concerns addressed.

I had an appt with NP Gwen but she was running behind so the nurse asked me if a dr( didn't catch his name) could see me. I showed him my cluster of skin tags on my groin and he said he'd freeze them. I thought he'd never stop spraying. I ended up with a serious burn. He then said my mole on my head had to come off. He numbed my head and before it took effect he started cutting off my suspicious mole. Ouch! I was then told that they didn't have time to check my body for skin cancers and that I'd have to come back. We oh hell no! They are very unprofessional. I called the next Monday because I was in so much pain and discomfort. No one called me back. I do not recommend!
