We saw Dr. Rawal for my husband's vasectomy. While we both really liked him, communication with the office leaves a lot to be desired. We were told at the consultation that his appointment would be in 4 weeks. The following week we were contacted to repeat a test. At that time we had still not heard anything on an appointment for the procedure so I asked if his appointment had been scheduled and was told it would be the following Wednesday. He repeated the test the Monday of that week, today, and we were referred to the urology office to reschedule, the vasectomy. When we were contacted back by the office we were told this was the second time we had rescheduled, which was not true, and if we did it again we would have to go through the consultation process again. This kind of attitude and lack of communication is unacceptable. We will continue with Dr. Rawal for his procedure because we do feel comfortable with him, but I can’t recommend this office for this reason.
