Uncalled for Charges
Dr. Naidi for the last year is ALWAYS average 30 minutes late . This appt she was late & I get hit with a $50 late appt. she won't remove this fee but, will give me a $25 off. This should be a zero charge. Our time is not valuable. I am still waiting on a $45 credit from last year which they pocketed. I paid & my daughter paid twice NEVER seen that credit.
