Worst clinic customer service from desk staff. Talcott location. My daughter was sick on her day of her app 8/24/21 she had a fever over 103. While at the urgent care I called the office at 7:39am left a voicemail and 8:25am spoke to a lady, to let them know we were not going to make it to her pm app aThe desk lady just cancelled the app and send a $50 no show bill. I called back to reschedule and they demanded the no show fee to be paid, I mentioned I had doctors note excusing my daughter from school due to illness and the discharged paper that proved she was seen at urgent care. I even have record of the phone call I made. THEY DO NOT CARE. They just want the $50 no show fee. Until today I’m receiving threatening calls to pay or they will send to collection from MI. One more time I explained it was not a no show, I called as soon as I was told by the urgent care doctor my daughter had to be quarantined. She said it will go to collections
