Disorganized Office Management
A month prior, I set up a doctor's appointment for my mom. On the week of, they rescheduled her appointment twice due to her being a new patient and needing more time. The day prior to her appointment, the office called and needed her insurance. The doctor we were going to see was transitioning PCP and may or may not be part of the insurance network. On the day of the appointment, 40 minutes prior, they call to notify that the insurance would not work with the doctor. Overall, not very thorough and just come off sloppy.
