Unprofessional
If you are coming there for medical treatment, save yourself the time and energy because you won’t get any help at all. No one is ever available for help at any time. When I initially scheduled my appointment I told them it was for two things. When I come in for my appointment I was told I can not do both, only one or the other. Clearly communication is not something that goes on here which is insane for a medical facility.
