Great doctors but TERRIBLE FRONT DESK PEOPLE

Do doctors here even know how the front desk people are ruining their image at 2900 Frank Scott? These people act as if they are doctors because of how they speak. - To clarify they get annoyed when you ask questions - they make the mistake, but don't even say sorry - they act like THEY DON'T WANT to be there. - I sometimes give them a break by thinking maybe they are feeling pain or maybe they are overwhelmed with work. I have visited this place many times and NEVER have I been greeted with a smile at the front desk. It seems front desk people have been there for A LONG TIME that they act miserable moreso when more tasks are added.- Maybe they hate their job?! I would have gone to another place if not for the doctor. -Also, I hope no one gets sick just so I don't have to deal with front desk staff - unbelievable. I can't even bring this up to the doc as I worry it will be harder to deal with them and experience more unpleasant attitude.
