I saw three doctors within the network during a 4 month span. Sometimes the appointments felt rushed. They tried to reschedule my appointments on three separate occasions. At my most recent appointment, they were unprepared, they didn't know why I was there, they printed out the notes from the referring physician within their practice, only to realize that they could not do a procedure that I needed. This all happened during my appointment time when I had to take a day off of work. So I don't necessarily pin this on the doctor, but I think the patient care is lacking. There's definitely room for improvement with communication between the office and the doctors, between doctors and doctors, and both with communication with patients.
