Worst Billing Department EVER
Billing Department is the worst I have ever come across in my life. They will send out statement whenever they feel like or not at all and then slap you with a giant $700 bill all at once. Then they will put you in collections over $80 EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE MAKING CONSECUTIVE PAYMENTS. Not sure how $60 co-pays can amount to that. The billing department will send you to voicemail or hang up on you rather then work out the issue with you. They expect you to understand their billing process as if you were an employee. Worst experience ever. It‘s truly a shame because I am a long term patient. From what I am reading online - everyone’s complaints are regarding the billing department.
