Nurses are great; customer service is poor
I have been a patient at Morgan Family Medicine for a few years now and am more frustrated as ever with the service being provided. I have called dozens of times during the work day only to get voicemail and then to have that voicemail unanswered without so much as a reply. Prescriptions are never filled on time and they have left me waiting for an hour and also turned me away for being 10 minutes late to an appointment. I wish they could improve their 'front of house' personnel. That seems to be where all my issues have come from.
