I had surgery thru work comp on my hand for carpal tunnel it was all better until just 2 months ago started to bother me in elbow so I went back I mentioned to front office I had different last name gave it to her. When I walked in he came in and said what’s going on I told him story he said how do I know that’s not from sports I said by looking at me being short and fat clearly don’t play sports he said well you are much older now how do I know it’s not arthritis i said well that’s why I’m here I have tingling and numbness like before. He writes something on paper and said I’m gonna mark this is non work related and discharge you I said that’s it u won’t do rest or anything he said nope. Lady at front gave me paper I didn’t want to sign when I came home looked at paper it says that I work for city of west des moines and I work at unity point health I never worked at that place. They can’t find my records the front office lady we didn’t scan things back then so we don’t have it.
