The worst experience I ever had at a doctors offic

Please!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. They have been very negligent & incompetent. My baby visit this office several time and my daughter visited this office once and when I called to get my daughters immunizations records the first thing they said was they cannot find that my children EVER visited the office?? WHAT?? I also asked them when my daughter was going there for a check up if she needed any shots and they said no that at her age all she needed was a checkup. So I come to find out that my daughter actually was supposed to get shots and she is now 8yrs old and couldn’t start school because the doctors office did not do what they were supposed to. Then Deanna(or whatever her name is) at the front desk hung up in my face she didn’t let me talk and express my frustrations on why they couldn’t even find that my children went to their doctors office in the first place. The next day she changed her story & started to tell me my daughter was not caught up on her immunizations af
