Over the past year, I've seen Dr. Patel every 2-3 months, and I can't stress enough how exceptional he is. Despite his high demand, he consistently makes me feel comfortable and HEARD; he truly listens to me. Dr. Patel has been instrumental in helping me manage my anxiety, rheumatoid arthritis, cervical nerve damage, sleeping issues, and menopause symptoms. Scheduling appointments with him has been a breeze, and I wouldn't even think of going to another doctor. I am confident that I have found our long-term physician. Showed up for appointment now 1.25 hours after fasting bloodwork appt. Time they announce they can print scripts.

I’m a patient for 2 providers at this group. My dog get better medical care from his vet. I came to research a heart issue that I think I have. After multiple blood tests and cardio tests I had to literally call providers to find out my test results. Referrals are sitting in patient portal and no one cares to communicate with the patient. In my last visit I have been found with high blood pressure and put on medication. My pharmacy has not received the prescription from south coast provider since 3 weeks, nor did I received my blood test results since 3 weeks. I had enough with this “healthcare provider”
