Corporate money mill

I was a patient here a few years ago and there was nothing really they could do (medication wise) to help my chronic, severe, intractable pain from scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, etc. Also a large mass of scar tissue in my neck that is constantly pushingpulling at my cervical spine. I decided to go back and see if there was anything new to try and possibly some of the more invasive treatments, and I needed a form filled out to help me with disability. I can't work and have no insurance. They told me it would be at least three visits at up to $600.00 each to even just fill out ONE PAGE for me to help me get some assistance... disability, Medicare, etc. AND it was just a telehealth appt AND they had previously filled out a form for me for a disability student loan discharge. So they KNOW I am disabled, have no insurance or way to pay that much, and still won't do ten minutes to help me out to get some assistance so then I COULD SEE THEM AND GET THEM PAID their ext
