'April 2024 I went to the ER in excruciating pain in my back and radiating down my left arm. After being assured it wasn’t my heart, turned out it was my cervical spine…again. (8years prior I had to have a two level fusion in Savannah). We chose BJI because it was close to our home. I went and saw the PA who said I needed an EMG done and sent me on my way with some heavy steroids. My EMG appt at their office was scheduled for two weeks after that visit. I passed that test, saw the PA again and he sent me in my way with NSAIDs, then two days later the steroids wore off and the level 10 pain was back and I could barely stand up. I called at 8 am and got a 4 pm same day appt with a Dr. I got to the visit, visibly in distress and told to wait. When I got to the room, the young nurse was very kind to me. She took my info and complaints and left the room to get the Dr. that’s when I heard a man yell down the hallway outside of the room to tell me I needed a CT Myleogram. She came back in the
