Office and furniture is old and disgustingly dirty, waiting room walls are dirty and in bad need of paint job, admin staff is very passive aggressive. Dr Shelby in my opinion after reading her evaluation of my child is a sub par psychologist at best who has a lot to learn about special needs children and the monumental task of parenting one. The evaluation they gave my child left out several key points of her progress, they cherry picked what was useful to them to recommend services only in their field of work (huge bias there). An evaluation that was supposed to be approx 90 min long was actually 20 min of playing with my child and then an hour of me sitting in the waiting room filling out repetitive paperwork cause they ask you the same question 2-3 times but worded differently just to make sure you aren't lying.
