Horrible experience

I’m just baffled at the horrible experience we had for our daughter. Our therapist was cold and was only worried about the cancellation policy. She talked about suicide in front of our daughter who is ten and first meeting. She did not even care to get to know her or us. Not a single smile. How do you work with pediatrics if you are not warm at all. Now we are back to square one looking for a good therapist.

Poor customer service, ridiculous no show policy

Not recommend this practice! They do not care about you as a patient who desperately needs their support and guidance. Instead they are there to take advantage of your vulnerable situation and take your money without mercy! This practice has poor customer service, ridiculous no show policy (48hrs) and fee ($90). The billing manager is very rude and unprofessional!

Confused and greedy staff, ok counselling.

The sessions were alright, but the back office is a nightmare. Was given one price and charged another. Short notice on reminders, often under 24 hour notice when they have a 48 hour cancellation policy that is overly strict. Better off finding a group who is focused on you and not your wallet.
