This was the worst experience ever!! I will never go there again. When you call to make an appointment, they can never schedule the appointment, they have to call you back. Some people cannot take calls on their jobs, I am one of them. It took me 6 months of back and forth to finally schedule an appointment. I relocated here for my current job. I had to be out of work a day and a half to prepare for the appt. I did not eat for over 36hrs., due to them scheduling my procedure for 2pm. I walked to the appt, my escort, who also keeps my daughter, needed to get my daughter from the school bus as it was almost time for school to let out. She was then coming to the office, to escort me and drive us home. They flat out refused. I guess potentially having cancer is not enough of an excuse to accommodate a patient. How can they be so callus and uncaring? They do not care about their patients. I find it hard to believe that I am the only person in Augusta who needed them to be flexible. Poor c
