The Crossroads Receptionist showing terrible judgement and lack of compassion, canceled my appointment without contacting myself or my wife. Saturday 10-07-23 at Crossroads, no one answered the phone when I called to make an appointment. I went to the clinic at 9:30. The receptionist, who called herself Rocola, setup an appointment for 11:15. I came back at 11:00 to find out Rocola canceled my appointment. She told me she did so because a patient told her I left the building. True, I was in such pain from a muscle spasm in my neck I went home to wait for the 1.5 hours for my appointment. Before my wife and I left, I verified with Rocola the text message I received confirming my 11:15 appointment. She acknowledged that was correct then canceled my appointment.
