Incompetent Staff & Horrible Billing Services

Went to appt in July. Received a CT scan - no one explained cost. Was told I would receive an estimate in 1 week. It is now mid October and still no estimate after numerous calls to office. Staff kept telling me, they would call me the next day. Received a bill for CT scan - insurance DID NOT cover...no one explained that. Would not have had done, if we were not going to be able to get the services by the doctor. Very disappointed in staff & billing.
