The office staff especially is rude and are ready to start a argument at the drop of a dime

I was billed for radiology and a doctor’s exam even though I’ve never stepped foot in your office (just rapid tests at the window). The receptionists were rude to me and lacking knowledge. I was told my insurance company is not required to cover my covid test when in fact you had billed me for a chest X-ray and office visit I didn’t receive and those were the noncovered services. Both the manager, Jeanette and the receptionist were cold and lacking empathy, hanging up on me before asking if I had any concerns or even saying goodbye. I understand the stressors of frontline workers and also expect to be treated with respect when you make an error that is now creating stress for me. Yes, I was upset and demanding. My emotions are valid given the situation and I have every right to expect that you resolve the situation rather than putting your job and mistake on me. This wasn’t reflected and I was treated as a nuisance. I’m also a healthcare worker and wouldn’t ever treat my clients this

Dr. Beau lieu is great. Staff is terrible. Took 3.5 hours for a 5 minute test. Had to wait for results of a Covid swab before they would do the test we came for.
