First visit, they forgot to administer a required shot for my then 2nd newborn only to learn that at the 2nd visit (which I had to ask or else not sure when they would have noticed), which then delayed all of her shots. We should have left the Practice then, but wanted to give them another chance…Throughout our time there, the staff consistently showed no respect nor care towards clients and treated us very rudely. It is obvious that this place is money hungry and that is their #1 priority- not the patients. The Doctors are good (when you see them after long waits), but it is clear that they pretend to play good cop behind the staff that they train and maybe even encourage them to carry out the assembly line type interactions with people. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU DESERVE BETTER!
