I wanted the prescription I read about to reduce severity and duration. She said I just needed to have the doctor call back on a teleport call with my husband and he would get a prescription. He did this. The person on duty kept him on the phone for 20 min. While he had fever and chills while she told him to do things like take something otc to bring the fever down, a decongestant and vitamin C. We were already doing all of this. Idk what her title is or if she had the capability to write prescriptions. So, it was basically a total waste of time when he didn’t feel like talking, and now I’ll have to schedule another appointment elsewhere to get the medication he needs prescribed tomorrow.
