Unfortunately, the surgery performed by Dr. Cuff was unsuccessful, and nine months later, I’m still dealing with pain. During follow-up appointments, the doctor ordered another MRI, which came at an additional cost to me. Due to delays in his office scheduling, my final follow-up fell just outside the 90-day post-op window, leading to an unfair charge to both my insurance and myself. To make matters worse, this visit provided no meaningful evaluation; I was simply told to consider a pain clinic because the calcium deposit was gone. When I asked whether the other MRI findings could be contributing to my ongoing pain, Dr. Cuff dismissed the idea without further investigation. The combination of an unsuccessful surgery, lack of thorough post-operative evaluation, scheduling issues, and the unjust billing has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

I have called 3 times for an appointment. Finally got a call back at 445pm when the office closes. It was a hang up on me. Tried to immediately call back and got the answering machine again. While the doctors come highly rated, good luck getting an appointment to see one. Obviously the staff doesn't care.
