Confirmed my appt.Was told 1500 hrs. Sunrise by Galaria Mall.Arrived at Aran at 1215 hrs to start paper work.1425 hrs.was advised I was supposed to go to Aran in City of Sunrise.Called call center and they said as long as I get there by 1515 I'd be seen.Arrive at check in windows at 1508 hrs.Was rudely advised I'm late regardless if I was told to report to other site.I was told by 3 folks at call center I would be seen.The young lady at the windows was rude along with a tall guy with black hair.No way was I being seen.I was 8 mins late and was told nothing they could do.Note appon my arrival I took a picture of the building.Time 1506 hrs.Someone at office like saying I got there after 1515 hrs.I have proof.I've been rescheduled so many times.Dr.Aran did my right eye.It has blurred vision.Left eye has cataract.I need a appt.asapNot at Sunrise officeVery rude.Guess they had something more important than helping me.I'm shocked

No complaint against the physicians (I've seen three), the office staff is terrible. I have a condition which requires regular check-up and I went and was told I need a test. Then my wife (only on chart as an emergency contact) got notice of 2 more visits scheduled by text. I was not consulted. I was told when I called that they did not know why I was scheduled, but I should go. I assumed for the test. I showed up, and they started to do a regular follow-up. Turns out I was on the calendar for a 3rd follow-up too! When I told them I had one two weeks before, they said they couldn't find a record and had to do everything, including dilation again. I then was told I needed to see the surgeon. So while at Galleria, I was scheduled to do both test and see surgeon. Then wife got a text saying I was scheduled for a third time, two weeks after the first. When called, they said the test was cancelled and rescheduled. No notice of cancellation and not consulted to schedule. Crazy.
