was told when making my appt that masks were required. arrived to large sign out front that stated same amd that only patients would be allowed in. why then was an unmasked man serviced at reception and not told or offered a mask until an elderly patient spoke up. And it turns out he was not even vaccinated. very unhappy that the 3 ladies sitting at reception did nothing to enforce what is required at all healthcare facilities?
