Had urgent care appt with DR Elder on 11/7/23. After waiting in lobby I was taken to exam room, nurse stated provider would be in momentarily. After 57 minutes DR Elder came to exam room. We discussed my situation and she asked if I could take NSAIDS to which I responded no. She would prescribe topical treatment to avoid issues with taking NSAIDS orally. She ended appt, said she would submit orders for scripts within 20-30 minutes....around 3:00. I waited until next day at 12:00 to check with pharmacy, no scripts received. I contacted TCMA, spoke with Shavon, transferred me to Elizabeth. Elizabeth said DR would resend, wait half hour. Called pharmacy at 12:55, no scripts submitted. Called TCMA again at 12:57, 'Shavon' transferred me to nurses station again, I left voicemail for Elizabeth. Called pharmacy again at 2:00, nothing. Called TCMA, requested to speak with manager, receptionist Shavon refused, leave message. Huge runaround and incompetent. Took 27 hrs and still wrong!
