Rude Staff

I have been a patient of Dr Mamone since the early 90’s. I know him well and trust him. However, he no longer works at the office and the office has gotten really bad. I called Wednesday afternoon after testing positive for Covid wanting to have something called in to the pharmacy. I was told absolutely not. First time I heard that in nearly 30 years. I had to pay for a telehealth visit the next morning at 11am to be treated. So I did. The Dr was not Dr Mamone, interviewed me and said he would get some meds called into the pharmacy for me. It didn’t happen Thursday, I called Friday 3 times and still nothing called in. Covid is not a joke. It looks like I’ll have to pay again at the emergency room for help. It looks as if Dr Mamone will not be back. I will be at the office Monday for a refund and my medical records. Wonder how that will go?
