Unprofessional staff
PA Scott Freeman is great but the office staff have a lot to be desired! Takes days to get a return call from the nurse, if not at all. Additionally, they rarely respond to a pharmacies request for refills and it takes multiple attempts to call in a renewal prescription. Have been seeing Scott for years beginning when he was at the Carillon location but the customer experience has become horrible so it’s not worth the drive. They’re not the only dermatologists so I will likely begin seeking out a different dermatologist closer to my home. Trust me, stay away from this staff… totally incompetent. The doctors may be great but the staff makes the experience terrible.

Professional and personable at the same time. Office and rooms are very clean and everybody is kind. I was not rushed and felt cared about.
