Can I give zero stars? I cannot believe this place. I paid my 50.00 copay months ago for an appt. I paid via their website and it charged me 3 times (that’s 150.00 since no one there knows how to do math). I spoke to someone and she said it would be looked into as they’d had other complaints about the same issue. No one got back to me. So I just got something in the mail from them. I surely thought it would be a refund check for 100.00. But no, it was a collection notice demanding my 50.00 or else. I went there seeking care and instead got ripped off. Avoid this place like the plague. And I will be sharing this on SEVERAL platforms.

From my initial entry to their office, everyone I had contact with was very kind and professional. Dr. Fitch is very personable and shows her concern for her patients. She takes a great deal of time to make the patient feel comfortable and initiates a dialog to obtain the information she needs to help assist him or her. She's awesome!
