Horrible experience every time since the original doctor sold this practice. Wait times are ridiculous! And they couldn't care less. Nurse practitioner Natalia is a joke. She never understands what you're trying to explain to her. You leave there wondering why you wasted your time. The three members of my family including myself have finally decided to go through the trouble of looking for a new doctor. Office staff is incapable of following through on the simplest of duties. Used to be such a great place to go until these new doctors and staff took over. You can talk to Natalia till you're blue in the face and she still doesn't get it. I do not know how she ever got through college.

This would have been 0 stars but it will not allow you to! It has been almost 2 years since I left this establishment. I left because they always asked me to do research on how to get the answers that the doctor should have been. They heavily prescribe unnecessary prescriptions. Worst of all before I left I had new insurance and I wrote it down on the sign-in form. They of course built my old insurance and they reached out to me. I called billing and told them my new insurance company. Then again my old insurance reached out, and I again called to let them know my new insurance information. I receive a statement from my new insurance this year and it says that they finally got around to billing the correct insurance but they submitted it too late and do not pay the bill. Then a month goes by and now I am receiving collections notices for the amount that they could not get from the insurance company because of their lack of organization and submitting the bill late.
